Tompkins County has received six expressions of interest to redevelop the Old Library site.

The County released the request late last year regarding interest in the purchase or lease of the site and will next decide from the six which will submit more detailed proposals in response to a formal Request for Proposals.

The County’s Planning Advisory Board is set to complete a review by the end of the month and Legislative action is expected by the beginning of July, with the Request for Proposals released that month.
