Police find heroin, paraphernalia at Dryden apartment

Three people have been arrested after police found heroin and drug paraphernalia at an apartment in the Village of Dryden.

Police carried out a search warrant Tuesday morning at the apartment on James Street and found heroin, drug packaging material and drug paraphernalia.

Police say the three were using the apartment as a place to use and sell heroin.

31-year-old Omar Punter and 20-year-old Verista Henderson lived at the apartment in Dryden. The third suspect was from the Bronx.

They were arraigned in Dryden Town Court Tuesday.
