Investigators say a man already in the Tompkins County Jail somehow got his hands on heroin, pot, tobacco and matches.

31-year-old Tyrue Wilson of Ithaca was found with the contraband on Tuesday.

Wilson was behind bars on a drug possession charge, but corrections officers and investigators found his stash after getting an anonymous tip.

Investigators have not said how Wilson was able to smuggle the drugs into his possession at the jail.

Wilson was arraigned in Lansing Town Court, and taken right back to the jail.
