Tompkins County Sheriff’s Deputies ticketed a 23-year-old in Ithaca twice in a span of less than 90 minutes, all because of a wild house party on the South Hill.

Deputies say Christopher Ramirez was cited for a noise violation during a party on Pennsylvania Avenue in the town of Ithaca Saturday.

Deputies broke up the party, which had more than 200 people, just after 3 p.m.

They were back at the party after 4:30 p.m., and found more than 100 people partying, with a DJ playing music.

Ramirez and 20-year-old Kevin Collins were both ticketed this time for a noise violation.

Police also ticketed a 20-year-old for underage drinking.
