Deputies: Man broke into Cortlandville storage units

A Cortland man is accused of breaking into a number of storage units this week, all to steal some tools and hardware.

29-year-old Ryan Manwaring is accused of breaking into storage units at Starr Road in Glenwood Avenue in Cortlandville sometime in the middle of the week.

Sheriff’s deputies tracked a car believed to be used in the break-in to a trailer park on Kingsley Avenue.

That’s where deputies say they found Manwaring, along with some of the items that were stolen from the storage units.

He faces three charges, including a felony burglary charge.
