Woman slashed in face outside bar on Commons

Ithaca Police are now asking for the public’s help, days after a fight broke out at a bar on the Ithaca Commons.

Police say just after 1 a.m. Sunday, they found about 20 people fighting near the back of the Moonie’s nightclub and bar.

Police wound up finding a woman who had a large cut to the right side of her face, but they’ve said very little about how it happened.

Now, police say anyone who might have taken pictures or videos from the incident should call them to help with the investigation.

No arrests have been made at this point.
