What are Tompkins County’s greatest health challenges?

What are Tompkins County’s greatest health challenges today, and over the next five years?

That’s the subject of a new survey being conducted by the County Health Department called the Community Health Assessment.

Public Health Director Frank Kruppa says the survey will highlight the importance in understanding the health needs of the community.

Businesses, community members, non-profit agencies, schools and health care providers are all encouraged to take part in the assessment.

The survey must be completed by May 20. You can find it here: http://bit.ly/HealthPriority
