TCAT to provide fireworks shuttle service

TCAT will operate free, convenient bus service to and from the City of Ithaca’s Community Fireworks Celebration Monday.

Buses with destination signs marked “Fireworks” will begin shuttle service downtown starting at 6 p.m. at both the Green and Seneca Street stations and the Salvation Army on Albany Street.

Those wishing to attend are urged to take advantage of the downtown parking garages as well as the Ithaca High Schools’ parking lot.

The shuttle service to Stewart Park will end at 9:30 p.m.

After the fireworks people are asked to board at the entryway circle to board the buses.
