One person was flown to Upstate Medical Center and a house sustained significant damage after a car crashed into a home on Trumansburg Road this morning.

Rescue crews were notified just before 9am that a car left the roadway and slammed into a home in the 1300 block of Trumansburg Road.

Sheriff’s Deputies identified the driver as 24 year old Hoyt Benjamin of Ithaca.  Charges are pending upon further investigation.
